Squats : A position in which  one’s knees  are bent  and one heels are  close to or touching  one’s  buttocks or the back of one’s things. A building occupied by people  living in it without  the legal right to do so. Squats increase lower body and core.

Lunges : Lunges  works all  the major muscules of the lower body. A lunge  is a great exercise for body fitness. A sudden forward  thurst of the body, typically with an arm  outstretched to attack someone or seize something.

Bent over row : Bent over row is a good exercise for body fitness.

Spice it up and  Situps are good exercise for fitness. Situps  are an effective way to target  Abdominal Muscles. Spice it ups is the initial  exercise will do your body good.

Treadmill:  The treadmill is an excellent  burning machine. The treadmill is one of the best  effective ways to loss belly fat.

Elliptical : The elliptical is one of the best  way to get full body workout for weight loss. If you want to get calories burn  you should be choose the elliptical. Elliptical is use for  fitness exercise to lose weight.

Pool : Pool is another  good way to keep body fitness. Swimming is a wonderful workout  because it is zero force to keep body fitness.

Row machine :  Row machine works out your legs, arms, and core. It works very low impact that’s why it is good for those people who cann’t run .
