Food Habit:

Good food habit is the most  important for healthy lifestyle. To keep  the body healthy . We need to get rid of eating  bad food habit. What we know is food habit ? How effect of food habit on health. What is the best food for worker?

Food habit definition:  When, what and how much people eat food is called food habit. We have to eat the food that gives nutrition and growth to  our body.

To keep our healthy , we need to follow good food habit. Good foods are like colorful vegetable, fruts, milk, vitamin etc.  You have to eat variety food for healthy life. You have to breaking junk food habit for lead a healthy life. You have to eat fat free food. You have to drink enough water per day. You have to must be  eaten meal at proper time. Because it effect of habit on health.  Healthy food habit needs to grow and strong  for kids.


We need to avoid fast food for healthy life. How to drop a fast food habit?

Try to plan your food habit. Gradually reduce fast food intake. Then you have to change different in food habit.  Your body need protein, vitamins, minarel etc for healthy life. If you want to diet. You have to focus on adding healthy food. You have to follow food habit chart.



Good eating habits for student: Students need to good eating habit. Because it is the of growth body and develop their memory. If they do not eat regularly ,the body will get sick. Drink a lot of water. Do n’t mistake your breakfast. Eat meal at proper time. Eat fresh fruit and vegetable. Eat food rich in calcium, protein , vitamin etc.

Healthy eating habit for adult: It is most important part of adult people to eat healthy food. Adult people need to avoid sugar. Adult people need to follow food chart. They have to eat more healthy food. Their body need to huge calcium so that they have to eat calcium, protein and vitamin. They have to eat at breakfast at bread with vegetable , egg, milk, fruit etc. In lunch they have to eat rice, fish. Meat, vegetable and other foods.  In dinner you have to eat light food.




Healthy eating habits to loose weight: You have to follow  healthy diet plan to lead healthy life. You have to eating habit easy. People should try to eat at least varieaty food like protein , vegetable, fruit etc. You do n’t mistake your breakfast. You have to eat light food in breakfast. Every  day you includes lean meats, egg, poultry, bean , nut etc.
