It can help treat depression, osteoporosis, and high blood pressure. 

Physical exercise  also keeps us mentally healthy.

 If we want to maintain good health ,we need to exercise regularly. 

You have to maintain a healthy body weight for healthy life.

A person needs 7-8 hour of sleep daily. 

Good  sleeps keeps the mind well.

If we want to keep our body well, we need to sleep regularly.

Regular meditation is needed  to keep the body healthy.

self-image.

If you want to keep your body healthy , you have to walk regularly.

 Every  morning and evening  you need to walk for 20-40 minutes.

 Because negative people will weaken you mentally.
